Preorder

Some Drive Sideways products are sold as preorders. That means the product is made and printed after you place your order. This way we do not order stock we do not need, and we do not pass waste on to the price.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time for preorder products is 1–2 weeks from ordering. You get a tracking code by email as soon as the parcel ships. If the estimate changes, we let you know by email.

Payment

A preorder is charged at the time of ordering. This secures your place in the production batch.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel a preorder free of charge at any time before it ships and we refund the full amount. After delivery you have the 14 day right of return under consumer protection law. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition.

Mixed orders

If your order contains both preorder products and products that are available right away, we ship the whole order at once when everything is ready. If you want the in-stock products immediately, place a separate order for them.
