General

These terms apply to orders placed in the Drive Sideways online store (dsways.com). By placing an order you accept these terms. We sell to adults and to businesses.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We reserve the right to change prices. The price valid at the time of ordering applies.

Orders and formation of contract

The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation by email. Check it and tell us immediately if anything is wrong. If an item is out of stock or a price was obviously incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We do not process or store card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms are described in the shipping policy. Preorder terms are on the Preorder terms page.

Cancellation and returns

The consumer's 14 day right of withdrawal and our return practices are described in the refund policy.

Product images and availability

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may look different on different screens. Measurements are in the size chart on each product page and may vary by 1–2 cm due to manufacturing.

Intellectual property

The site content, images, logos and print designs are the property of D.S. OÜ. Copying or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. This does not limit any rights a consumer has under mandatory law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of ordering apply to that order.
