Refund policy

14 day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the order contains several items, the period runs from receiving the last one.

How to cancel

Tell us by email at contact@dsways.com or via the contact form. Include your order number and which items you are returning. It is enough that you send the notice before the 14 day period ends.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. You will receive return instructions and the return address by email once you notify us. Goods must be unused and in original condition. You may try items on as you would in a shop.

Return costs

You bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we pay the return cost.

Refunds

We refund your payment, including the original delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive the return or proof that you sent it. The refund uses the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed, and carries no fee. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the standard delivery amount.

Faulty goods

If a product has a manufacturing or material defect, contact us. We will repair, replace or refund it. Statutory liability for defects applies regardless of the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's measurements or clearly personalised. Standard sized items printed to order from the standard range are covered by the normal right of withdrawal.
