Shipping policy

Delivery time

Products are made to order. Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks from ordering. You receive a tracking code by email as soon as the parcel ships. If delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, we will email you.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Finland is 15 €. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Shipping is free when your order has at least two items or totals more than 85 €.

Delivery area

We ship to Finland and elsewhere in the European Union. You choose the delivery address at checkout.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel is damaged in transit or never arrives, email us at contact@dsways.com. We will resolve it with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you.
